By joining the Voisson Affiliate Program, you agree to promote Voisson in an honest, respectful, and brand-safe way.

1. Affiliate Approval

Voisson reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or remove any affiliate from the program at any time if we believe their promotion method does not align with our brand, customers, or program rules.

2. Approved Promotion Methods

Affiliates may promote Voisson by presenting our products to their own audience through approved channels such as:

Social media content, creator posts, videos, blogs, newsletters, product reviews, styling content, gift guides, and other authentic audience-facing recommendations.

Affiliates must represent Voisson honestly and may not make false claims about our products, pricing, discounts, shipping, materials, or policies.

3. Prohibited Promotion Methods

We do not allow affiliates to promote Voisson through discount websites, coupon directories, deal farms, cashback sites, browser extensions, spam, misleading redirects, fake reviews, paid search bidding on Voisson brand terms, unauthorized ads using our brand name, or any other deceptive or “shady” traffic source.

Affiliates may not present themselves as Voisson employees, official customer support, or an official Voisson account unless given written permission.

Voisson may withhold or cancel commissions generated through prohibited or suspicious promotion methods.

4. Discount Codes

Affiliates may only use discount codes officially provided by Voisson. Affiliates may not publish, create, scrape, or distribute unauthorized discount codes.

5. Content Usage Rights

By creating content featuring Voisson products, including photos, videos, reviews, testimonials, captions, or other creative materials, you grant Voisson a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable right to use, edit, reproduce, publish, share, advertise, and distribute that content for marketing purposes.

This includes, but is not limited to, use on Voisson’s website, email marketing, organic social media, paid ads, landing pages, product pages, and other promotional materials.

6. Whitelisting / Creator Ads

By participating in the program, you agree that Voisson may request permission to run paid promotions through your social media handle, creator profile, or content where supported by the platform.

Whitelisting, creator licensing, or branded content ads may be arranged directly with the affiliate and may require additional platform approval or separate written agreement.

7. FTC & Disclosure Requirements

Affiliates are responsible for clearly disclosing their relationship with Voisson when promoting products. This may include using clear labels such as “ad,” “affiliate,” “commissionable link,” “gifted,” or similar disclosures required by applicable laws and platform rules.

8. Commission Tracking & Payments

Voisson uses Refersion to manage affiliate tracking, links, sales attribution, and commissions. Commissions are only paid on valid, completed purchases that are properly tracked through the affiliate’s approved link or code.

Voisson reserves the right to reverse commissions for refunded, canceled, fraudulent, disputed, or improperly attributed orders.

9. Brand Protection

Affiliates may not use Voisson’s name, logo, images, product photos, copy, or brand assets in a way that is misleading, offensive, low-quality, or damaging to the brand.

Voisson may request that any content, ad, post, or promotion be edited or removed at any time.

10. Program Changes

Voisson may update commission rates, program rules, approved promotion methods, or these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program means you accept the updated terms.

When you apply to or participate in our affiliate program, we may collect information such as your name, email address, social media handles, website, payment details, tax information, affiliate links, referral activity, sales performance, and communication history.

Affiliate tracking and commission management may be handled through Refersion.

We use affiliate information to review applications, manage affiliate accounts, track referrals and commissions, process payments, communicate program updates, detect fraud, enforce program rules, and improve the affiliate program.

3. Tracking & Cookies

Affiliate sales may be tracked through cookies, referral links, discount codes, or other tracking tools provided by Refersion or related platforms. Tracking helps us attribute sales correctly and calculate commissions.

4. Sharing Information

We may share necessary affiliate information with trusted service providers, including Refersion, payment processors, analytics providers, and legal or compliance partners.

We do not sell affiliate personal information.

5. Content & Marketing Use

If you create content featuring Voisson products, we may store and use that content for marketing, advertising, social media, email, website, and promotional purposes as described in our Affiliate Terms & Conditions.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect affiliate information, but no online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Your Rights

You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information where legally applicable. Some information may need to be retained for payment, tax, legal, or fraud-prevention purposes.
